How do I pay for my order?

Bank transfer or Paypal. If you don't have a Paypal account you can create it here or while making the order (you will be redirected to Paypal website where you can create your account).

How do I know that you have received my order?

You shall get an e-mail that confirms we got your order. Also, you are able to check your order status in your IW Store account.

What if I don't get any confirmation e-mail?

Please, check the SPAM folder in your e-mail account. If that doesn't solve the problem, please contract store@ingolfwunder.com

How can I check the status of my order?

Go to your IW Store account and click "Order History".

Can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately it's not possible since the Paypal payment is made automatically as soon as you click "pay".

How much does delivery cost?

The delivery cost depends on your address. For further information click here. 

How long will delivery take?

It should take not longer than a week or two after the status of your order is changed to "shipped". For more information click here.
